Raised Access Flooring

Raised access flooring is comprised of load bearing floor panels supported by adjustable vertical pedestals to provide an under floor space. The floor panels are readily removable to allow quick access to the under floor cabling, wiring and other services. Significant energy savings can be realized by using a low pressure HVAC system under the raised access floor. Access floors provide a flexible and adaptive solution for service distribution allowing the building to be able to react quickly to new technologies with minimal down time and disruption. Under floor air distribution also improves indoor air quality and gives occupants a greater level of comfort control.
