Jason GordonJason Gordon

President/CEO

I was born in Salina, Kansas and grew up all over the state as a kid ending up at Kansas State University where I graduated with a degree in Construction Science & Management. I have grown up around acoustical ceilings my whole life since my Dad has been in the acoustical ceiling business since before I was born. I worked in sunny San Diego for about five years before moving to colorful Colorado to start Heartland Acoustics. I’ve been married to my amazing wife Christi for almost twenty years and have two awesome kids! Courtney is thirteen and Jett is twelve. I mostly love hanging out at home with my family but also find time to tinker in my garage on cars and projects, ride my dirt bike (and anything else with a motor on it), go camping and of course, work on my house.

Marty RomeroMarty Romero

General Manager

I am a Denver, Colorado native and have been in the drywall and acoustical distribution business for the past twenty-four years in Denver. I have two children, my son Danny who is eighteen and an avid roller hockey player, and daughter Dori who is sixteen and crazy about horses. She rides with The Westernaires, a mounted precision drill organization. I love coaching and playing roller hockey. You can find me at the rink five days out of the week. Add the horse stables and work and sometimes I feel like I forget to sleep!

I am from Houston, Texas and I am married to my wife Hunter. We have a daughter named Hannah and two dogs named Parker and Cassie. I enjoy golf, snowboarding, ping pong and camping. I also brew my own beer at home.

I am married and have two children.  My wife, Debby, is from Minnesota and I am a Colorado native.  I like to playing golf, camping, fishing and travel.  I have been in the construction industry for almost thirty years.

I am from a small rural town called Hoxie, Kansas.  I was raised on a farm and graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Construction Science & Management.  I moved to Colorado after graduation and enjoy everything Colorado has to offer.  I like fishing, hunting, biking, hiking, snowboarding, rafting, caving, rock-climbing, golfing, camping, traveling, hanging out with friends and anything outdoors that time will allow.  I love meeting new people and anything that can be competitive.

I grew up on a small farm in Spotsylvania, Virginia.  I’ve lived all over the USA as an adult, landing in Denver in 2004. I love all the outdoor life Colorado has to offer especially hiking the incredible Rocky Mountains.  I am the proud mother of two great kids!  Ashley is twenty-four and Nicholas is seventeen. We’re all HUGE football fans!  Unfortunately, we don’t all cheer for the same team which can make game time very interesting… Go Broncos!!!

I was born and raised in Harrison, New Jersey.  I graduated from Montclair State University with a degree in Family Services.  In 2009, I decided to leave the Garden State and move to Colorado.  I enjoy traveling, reading and drawing.  On weekends you can find me spending time with family, friends and enjoying Colorado life!

I am a true Colorado native, born and raised in Denver.  I have the most awesome husband, Kevin, and we have a toddler son named Spencer.  We’re also very excited to be adding a little girl to our wolf pack, due in October.  As a family we enjoy long walks, road trips, music, pool days, making home improvements and working in the yard.  I love taking pictures of random things, finding new music, cooking, writing and painting.  I have worked as an administrator in the construction industry for about 10 years and love working for a quality company like Heartland.

Field Superintendent

I was born and raised in Michigan and at eighteen years old I joined the U.S. Navy for a two year term.  During that time I was able to travel to a number of different countries as well as served a tour in Desert Storm.  The last year in the Navy I was stationed in San Diego, California where I met my wife Norma.  We have three children: Aaron is sixteen, Mallory is thirteen and Jacob is ten.  I spend a lot of time at my children’s hockey games, basketball games and camping with my family during the summer.  I began working in the acoustical ceiling business in 1993.  I have been with Heartland Acoustics since 1998 and in 2003 became the Field Superintendent for the southern Colorado region.
